Friday, May 7 (my birthday) it was announced that the illustration named King Coal that I created for Sierra Magazine won a Maggie for Best Single Editorial Illustration!

The new Balega Sock website that I created art for is finally up and running

I just recieved word that Hot Topic (my rejected New Yorker cover) got a gold medal in the Illustration West 47 show!

3 illustrations I did made it into the Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles Illustration West 47 show. A rejected New Yorker cover called Hot Topic, Cutting Health Care a piece I did for Forbes on corporations auditing their healthcare plans and finally Steroids which was for Men's Journal about men who use steroids for looks instead of competitive reasons.

Walk In Art Classes, an illustration I did for the Washington Post, made it into Print's Regional Design Annual.

I donated a portrait of Barack Obama to Sketch for Change. It's a group show with some incredibly talented artists that have donated original art for auction to benefit Obama's campaign.

An illustration I did for Pacifico Beer was painted on a VW Bus and it made the news:
